🕒 14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Made-to-Order Policy

All RADOKO products are made-to-order.
Because of this, we do not offer exchanges for sizing or preference issues.

If you wish to change the size or item, you may request a refund (if eligible) and repurchase the correct item.

RADOKO will provide free return shipping for items that arrive:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Misprinted

• Incorrect (wrong item or size sent)

Simply email photos and your order number to: support@radoko.com

If approved, we will issue a free prepaid return label and process a full refund once the item is returned or confirmed defective.

✔ Returns for Non-Defective Items

For returns based on:

• Incorrect size ordered

• Change of mind

• Color/style preference

You may still request a refund within 14 days, but:

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected

🚫 Final Sale Items

Refunds are not available for:

• Sale or discounted items

• Digital products

• Gift cards
